With a finance background, he structured the firm around custom engineering and nearshore Tunis-Paris delivery for enterprise clients across Europe, North America and the Gulf. Drives commercial strategy and the ATLAS legacy modernization methodology.

Over 24 years leading international IT transformation programs. Specialised in data value creation across Retail and banking, and in production-grade Agentic AI. Covers the full project lifecycle from pre-sales and design to delivery and transition to RUN. Graduate of École Polytechnique, Télécom ParisTech, and an Executive MBA holder.
