AI maturity is not the number of tools deployed. The barometer assesses what actually separates an organisation that experiments from one that creates value.
The real stage of your initiatives, your level of generative AI usage, the use cases in production and the functions already covered.
The scale of the results obtained and how rigorously you measure them: defined indicators, regular tracking, a business case per project.
The state of your data for AI use, the skills available in-house and how far team training has progressed.
Roles redefined, business processes reworked, the topic carried at the right level and change properly supported.
Governance framework, controls in place, risks identified and how maturely they are managed.
About thirty short questions, one per screen, almost all one click. If your organisation has not launched an AI initiative yet, the questionnaire automatically shortens.
Immediately, without leaving an email: a score out of 100, a maturity level and the detail of your 5 axes.
Your position against the respondents' average and, from twenty answers in your country, against organisations in your market.
The subject is new. The priority is one supervised use case and simple usage rules for generative AI.
Initiatives exist, value is still to be proven. The priority is measurement and finding a sponsor.
AI is organised and steered. The priority is to industrialise and secure it at scale.
Among the most advanced organisations. The priority is continuous improvement and spreading good practice.
About 7 minutes for the full path, 3 minutes if your organisation has not launched an AI initiative yet. Questions are short and almost all one click. Your answers are saved on your device: you can close the page and resume later.
Yes. No personal information is requested during the questionnaire and your score is displayed without you having to leave anything. An email address is only offered at the end, if you want the report, and it is stored separately from your answers.
Sixteen questions are scored from 0 to 4 across five axes. Each axis is the average of its answered questions, expressed out of 100; the overall score is the average of the assessed axes. A skipped question or a “don't know” answer is not penalised: it is simply excluded from the calculation.
Anyone with a view of AI usage in their organisation: general management, IT, business lines, finance, human resources, risk and compliance. All sizes are welcome, from under ten employees to groups of more than a thousand.
They feed aggregated, anonymised results that will be published on this site: maturity by industry, by organisation size and by country, the most cited obstacles, the priorities for the next twelve months. No individual answer is published or shared with a third party.
No. The questionnaire is open to organisations in every country and you state your country at the start. Comparison is first made with all respondents, then with your country as soon as it reaches twenty answers.
The barometer positions your organisation. Turning that into a roadmap means looking closely at your processes, your data and your teams — that has been Access International's business since 1999.
