Agentic solutions

AI agents that act inside your tools, grouped by function

Each agent takes on one specific everyday task, inside the software you already use, and stops where a human decision is needed. For each one we show its real maturity: delivered, tested in-house, or built for your project.

In short

Access International's agentic solutions are AI agents that carry out business tasks inside your tools: finance and accounting, documents and contracts, communication and monitoring, customer relationship. Each page states what the agent does, what it does not do, its maturity and where your data goes. A human approves any action that commits the company. First step: a trial on your real data, then scoping.

Finance and accounting

Agents that prepare the repetitive work of the finance back office: statement matching, supplier invoice processing, payment reminders, invoicing, quotes. The accountant or the CFO keeps the final say.

Frequently asked questions

Questions before handing a task to an AI agent

What is the difference between an AI tool and an AI agent?

An AI tool answers when asked: it summarises, translates, drafts. An AI agent chains the steps of a task by itself inside your tools: it reads a mailbox, matches lines, prepares a reminder or a report. On our agents, every action that commits the company (sending, paying, final posting) waits for a person's approval.

What do the maturity badges mean?

Delivered at our clients: the agent runs at one client at least. Internal test — available: it works in-house, on our own data, and can be deployed at yours. In progress / ready for deployment: it is in pilot, or it is built for your project starting from scoping. We never present a feature as existing when it does not.

Do the agents plug into our current software?

Yes, that is the principle: the agent works inside your tools (mailbox, ERP, accounting software, CRM) rather than adding one more. If the software offers an API or a scheduled exchange, the agent runs automatically; otherwise it goes through file exports and imports. The mode and the connector are set during scoping.

Does our data leave the company?

It depends on the AI model chosen, and we state it for each agent. Some agents use a cloud model; others can run on a machine installed on your premises, with no document leaving your network. The choice is made during scoping, according to how sensitive the data is.

How long does it take to put an agent into service?

The timeline is set during scoping, after a trial on your real data: it depends on the software to connect, the volume and the rules specific to your business. We do not give a deadline before seeing your data.
