Singapore: legacy modernization and production AI, delivered from Tunis in English.

Access International, a Franco-Tunisian IT group founded in 1999, supports Singapore companies and Asian subsidiaries of European groups on two fronts: legacy application modernization with the ATLAS methodology, and production AI. The contract is signed by Vivantro SAS in Paris; teams deliver from Tunis, in English or French.

What do we offer Singapore companies?

Legacy modernization

Migration of COBOL, Delphi, BizTalk, AS/400 or mainframe applications to .NET, Java, TypeScript or the Azure cloud, with the ATLAS methodology: code mapping, characterization tests, a discrepancy register and a parity audit before each go-live.

Asian subsidiaries of European groups

For a Singapore subsidiary of a French or European group: a French-law contract with Vivantro SAS, teams working in English and French, and the same method as for the European headquarters.

How many working hours overlap with Tunis?

Singapore is UTC+8 and Tunis UTC+1, with no daylight saving time on either side: a 7-hour difference all year round. An 8 am to 5 pm working day in Tunis overlaps the end of the Singapore working day, from 3 pm to 6 pm: about 3 shared hours for workshops, progress reviews and decisions. The rest of the Tunis day falls in Singapore's evening and night: work delivered is available at the start of the next Singapore working day.

Who signs the contract?

Vivantro SAS, Access International's Paris subsidiary (9 rue des Colonnes, 75002), signs the contract, under French law. Delivery is handled by our teams in Tunis. Possible engagement models: fixed price, time and materials, service center or development center.

Which references can you rely on?

Our published programs cover Europe, North America and the Middle East: a service center for a North American public organization, a Novell to SharePoint 365 migration for 150 administrative units, Delphi and COBOL migration POCs. They are described on our References page; others can be shared under NDA during a proposal review.
