Automated intelligence newsletters — Weekly, sourced and fact-checked

Every week, an intelligence newsletter that is sourced, fact-checked and approved by a person, in your company's colours.

A single newsletter engine that produces one weekly issue per topic: agents collect open sources (RSS feeds, news, web search, transcribed videos), an AI editor-in-chief selects and writes, a checker confirms that every source exists and that every figure and date actually appears in the cited article. If a check fails, the letter is held. The owner receives a preview and sends with one click; the letter goes out in the client's brand style, with a web archive and click tracking. Eight topics delivered, every week to client readers since June 2026.

Customer experience impact

A better-informed leadership team, and readers who actually open

A regular, short, accurate letter signed by the company itself becomes an expected appointment for its readers, whether executives, members or clients. The point is not the volume of information, it is trust: a checked figure, a clickable source, a sending owned by a person. Click tracking shows what really matters to readers and lets you adjust the editorial line issue after issue.

Typical use cases

Management committees that want to follow their market, competitors and regulation; marketing and communication departments; firms and associations that send a letter to their members; teams that answer calls for tenders.

Market intelligence for an industrial leadership team

Every week, executives receive a letter on their sector: competitor moves, regulation, raw materials, export markets. Sources are open and cited; figures are checked in the original article. The approving director reads the preview and sends with one click.

Regulatory and technology intelligence (possible topic, defined at scoping)

A dedicated topic can follow the texts, standards and vendor announcements affecting a given trade; its sources and editorial line are defined at scoping. Deduplication by fact avoids reading the same announcement ten times across outlets; conference videos are transcribed and used like articles.

Association letter to its members

A firm, federation or association sends its members a commented selection of their profession's news. The editorial line and the source list are defined with the owner; the letter carries their brand and sender name.

Tender monitoring (possible topic, defined at scoping)

A topic can monitor tender notices and consultations in a given field and turn them into a weekly letter for the sales team, with a link to each notice and the deadline taken from the announcement. The sources to follow and the scope are set at scoping.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Who approves the letter before it goes out?+

A designated person on your side, every week. They receive a full preview, can request a correction, then send with one click. This is the operating condition of the service: an unapproved letter is not sent, and an issue whose automatic check failed stays on hold until a human decides.

How do you avoid made-up figures?+

With a deterministic checker, no AI involved: it opens each cited source, confirms it exists, and looks in its text for every figure and date stated in the letter. If an element is not found, the letter goes on hold and the owner is notified. A correct figure is occasionally held because the article phrases it differently; we prefer that false hold to a published error.

Which sources are used?+

Open sources: RSS feeds of sector media and institutions, news, web search, transcribed video channels. The list is defined with you at the start, then extended issue after issue; sites judged unreliable are excluded.

How is this different from a Google alert or an aggregator?+

An alert sends you raw links, often duplicated. Here, items are deduplicated by fact, ranked, written in your editorial line, checked, styled to your brand and archived. And a person decides on the sending.

What are the limits of the service?+

It depends on a human approval every week: if nobody approves, nothing goes out. It relies on open sources, hence on what is published; it replaces neither a market study nor social media analysis, which belong to another offer. Finally, the checker sometimes holds a correct letter, which requires a re-read.
